Updated 2018 Pre-Season Training Schedule

PRESEASON TRAINING:

MONDAYS FROM 29 JANUARY:

North Melbourne Boxing and Fitness have extended their generous offer we have enjoyed throughout last season (attend the Monday night session and have free access to the gym for the rest of the week).

When: Every Monday night.
What: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) – fitness sessions with a boxing slant.
Time: 7pm – 8pm.
Where: North Melbourne Boxing and Fitness, 64 Sutton Street, North Melbourne.
Cost: $10 CASH.
Bring: Water bottle, towel.

TUESDAYS FROM 30 JANUARY:

What: Football training
Time: 6:15pm – 7:50pm (approx.)
Where: Ross Straw Field, Manningham St, Parkville. There will be people meeting at our home ground, Ransford Oval, Park Street, Parkville from 5:45pm then jogging to Ross Straw Field at 6pm sharp. The rooms will be open if you wish to leave your stuff there. Alternatively, you can meet at Ross Straw Field at 6:15pm.
Cost: Free.
Bring: Runners (NO FOOTBALL BOOTS ALLOWED WHATSOEVER).

THURSDAYS FROM 1 FEBRUARY:

What: Football training
Time: 6:15pm – 7:50pm (approx.) Rooms open from 5:50pm.
Where: Ransford Oval, Park Street, Parkville.
Cost: Free.
Bring: Runners (NO FOOTBALL BOOTS ALLOWED WHATSOEVER).
